Virginia voters yesterday passed a new redistricting measure that could help Democrats retake the House, deciding that if Donald Trump and Republicans are going to redraw election maps in places like Texas, Florida, and North Carolina to squeeze out more GOP seats, Democrats would be foolish to sit there politely clutching their pearls about “fairness.”
