Voting is a right, not a privilege (14th, 15th, 19th, 24th, & 26th Amendments). Demanding identity documents, absent probable cause to believe that the would-be voter is not a citizen, would violate the 4th Amendment prohibition of unreasonable search.
Each of them treats the dangers of the infamous SAVE well. One I don't understand, the last. What are the fake mourners holding in their hands?
