✈️"Air Farce One” Edition
In an audacious new approach to courageous presidential leadership, Donald Trump recently protected America by disguising himself as airline catering. Trump, faced with a potential Iranian assassination attempt on a flight home from Ankara, Turkey, slipped into a food-service truck, ditched Air Force One, and quietly boarded a different military jet.
This was after switching from the “new” Air Force One to the “old” Air Force One. The White House initially explained the aircraft shuffle with the sort of story usually offered by a child explaining why there are crayon drawings all over the walls: to let U.S. troops based in the UK tour his newer, Qatari-grifted presidential jet. Weeks later, it emerged that the president didn’t actually fly home on either the old Air Force One or the new Air Force One.
